the move

Most of my life I have prayed for a move of the Holy Spirit. I longed to see it with my own eyes. It’s been my one desire.

I prayed, “Lord, if you are looking for a place to launch a revival, might this be the place, might this be the time?

I prayed with trepidation, wondering if I asked in presumption. I didn’t want to ask for the privilege if my motivation was off or I was not mature enough to handle the answer. And the Lord alone knew.

Now I find that all that time His answer was “Yes, and Amen.” There was no need to wait for and long for a move of the Holy Spirit. I am a move of the Spirit.
